  1. General information.:

    2. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

    1. The administrator of personal data is CONTROL PROCESS S.A. based in Krakow, ul. Obrońców Modlina 16, 30-733 Kraków.

Personal data are processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (O.J. EU 4.5.2016, L 119/1) and the Act of May 10, 2018. on the protection of personal data (these provisions shall enter into force on 25 May 2018), as well as on the basis of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (pending its repeal).

    3. For the purpose of contact forms, the following personal data may be collected: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number.

    4. The purpose of processing personal data obtained in contact forms, is to establish contact and provide commercial, marketing and promotional information.

    5. Granting consent to the transfer of personal data in the contact form is voluntary. Lack of consent may not cause any negative consequences for the user, but may hinder or prevent contact with the user from the administrator.

    6. The person who the data concerns have a right to:

      • demand from the administrator the access personal data,

      • demand of rectification, deletion or limitation of data processing,

      • objection to the data processing,

      • data transfer,

    7. In order to exercise the rights referred to in point II.6 above, the person who the rights apply may to, contact the Administrator in writing or electronically using the Administrator's generally available contact details.

    8. The person who the data concerns has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

    9. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

    10. Personal data processed on the basis of the granted consent will be processed until its revocation.

  3. Information in forms:

    1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

    2. The Website may also save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

    3. The data in the form is not made available to third parties otherwise than with the consent of the user.

    4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the service request or business contact.
